Looking around is not just 'the FM way'. It's basic sense. Don't tell me you're the only people on the planet who think that looking around is crucial to racing!

I'd better post my thoughts on the race. I think what really sums up this race is my current facial expression. I'm still smiling even though the race finished more than 15 hours ago and I've had time to sleep on it. I had a lot of fun in the commentary box; what you couldn't hear were the two hidden commentators, CSF and Fuse5. They were constantly telling us ridiculous (and sometimes useful) stuff about the racing that was going on, and insisted that Buck still had a chance to win the race, with 30 laps to go.
The racing itself was exciting. Only 11 actually crossed the finish line but that doesn't really bother me. I think nearly everyone tried their best to stay out of trouble and provide some great action. I know some people have been complaining that they have been taken out of their comfort zone in this race and that the other drivers weren't following the 'FM way' of doing things. Simply, there is no official way of doing an oval race in LFS. It's up to all the drivers to understand who is where. That's it. There's no rules on how to draft. All that is asked is that you drive with foresight and some spatial awareness. I think that the quality of racing can only get better and, if there is a race next year, next year's race will surpass even this one.

Here at SRS, we're no strangers to the unusual: we pioneered the Head-to-Head Racing series, as well as the popular Dash 4 Cash system. This isn't your average racing. SRS's official birthday is 28th July 2008, so we are running an (initially invitation only) event with three different car classes on track at once 10 days prior: July 18th.

Today we are offering what I believe is an LFS world first: Instant replays! What with the long cautions we can sometimes expect, it's important to provide you with entertainmant the whole way, which is why we will be providing 'expert' analysis for every crash and controversy that takes place today.
I guess it's not because you've run out of money in your account for hi-res skins; because it would tell you that [and because you can download skins in a server]. Mysterious...
Oh, and Falke, I just watched Race 2. There will be comments made.

I think he just did! That's some serious attitude bein' shown right there.
STCC is the way I discovered LFS, and if you can provide what you're saying you will provide, it should be a very good show. But I think internet speeds would be a major problem. If you want to do a nice quality 'cast with multiple people in the house on LFS while also uploading video... I think it would be too hard. But I'm sure that's already been said and you may have a solution for that.

Surely has to be a bluff; there's no way they could set anything up before 2010.
